CREST membership
Membership of CREST costs £10 a year with no need for referral from your doctor. Members receive and invitations to all CREST activities and support services.
Who can become a member of CREST?
Membership is open to all cancer patients and their carers living in Runnymede, Elmbridge, Spelthorne and surrounding areas.
How do I join CREST?
To join CREST, please complete our membership form and return it by email or post to the address on the form.
