Many cancer charities support just the patient, but CREST believes that families and carers often suffer as much, so we are here for them too.
CREST is different because it is a local charity run entirely by volunteers who give their time and expertise for free.
Christmas Wreath Making
Eleven Crest members got together under the expert tuition of Vivien, from Cleves Wood Florestry, to make Christmas Wreaths from largely natural materials. It was very much enjoyed by all who attended.
Members' Afternoon Tea
Notcutts kindly hosted our regular Afternoon Tea on 21st July where members of CREST met up and chatted about anything they wanted. Three volunteers were on hand to answer any questions the members had and they all went home with a small gift.
Relax and calm your mind and body
Keith has been treating CREST members with Reiki at the Shepperton Wig Company for some time now. He has kindly recorded a short piece to help us all relax and calm the mind and body.
Yoga for Cancer
Just Being have a series of free yoga classes which combine mindful Hatha flow movement with guided breathwork.
