Our seventh AGM will be held at 2 pm on Monday 23rd April at our office in Spelthorne Borough Council, Knowle Green. Please let us know if you would like to join us.
Tour of Wisley Gardens -
Friday 18th May
Following our very enjoyable visit to the Savill Garden last year we would love you to join us for a guided tour of the spectacular Wisley gardens, the flagship of the Royal Horticultural Society.

There are magnificent borders, amazing rose gardens and a state-of-the-art glasshouse, containing a world class plant collection in three climatic zones. |

We will meet at the main entrance at 10:30 am and the tour will involve 1 - 1½ hours of relatively gentle walking. |

Afterwards, please join us for refreshments before exploring the gardens further or visiting the plant centre and gift shop to make the most of the day. |
|
|
The cost of entry to the gardens is £9.50 if you are not a member of the RHS and CREST will treat you to the cost of the guided tour! |
Wisley Gardens is clearly signposted from the A3 just minutes from junction 10 on the M25 and parking is free. The address is RHS Garden, Wisley, Woking, Surrey GU23 6QB.

Workshop Day -
Monday 18th June
Owing to the tremendous popularity of our Relaxation Days we are planning to run a Workshop Day on Monday 18th June at the Hythe Centre, Thorpe Road, Staines TW18 3HD
The type, number and length of workshops on offer will depend on interest but may include
- Relaxation and Visulalisation
- Be Good to Yourself
- Pain Ergonomics
We may also be able to offer a short treatment - manicure, pedicure or Indian Head Massage.
