Wexham Park Golf Club was the setting for our First Fun Golf Day.

Thirty five people turned up, even though it was a dismal October day….rain and clouds everywhere.

Golfers are like cub scouts and always prepared though, and changed into their wet weather gear and then ready to tee off. (Although one player was in shorts - how cold did he make us all feel?!?!?)

Everyone was timed out and back and there were several other challenges for the players.

After the last golfer returned to the 19th hole, a leisurely gastronomic delight was enjoyed by everyone washed down with the odd lemonade!

Raffle was drawn by Bren Fisher and Diane Foreman (who did a fantastic job organising the event - thank you Diane!).

First prize was four tickets to Kempton Park which was eagerly claimed by the happy ticket holder.
